I search new listings every morning looking for the right properties for my clients. I e-mail and call my buyers with this information as soon as the properties are available. I make myself available to preview and/or show these properties immediately if a client would like to view them. As a buyer's agent, I'll help you work with your lender, find the home you desire, and properly prepare and negotiate your offer. I'll follow through with the listing agent, your lender, your home inspector, the appraiser, and the title company so that you can close escrow and get moved into your home on time.
As a listing agent, I offer the most comprehensive marketing plan available at an affordable fee. A typical listing will include marketing on MLS, internet exposure on multiple websites and search engines, e-mails to area realtors, reverse prospecting to realtors looking for homes similar to the listing, postcard mailers to neighbors in the area, realtor caravans, color display ads and open house directory ads in the Sacramento Bee, professional flyers, good signage, and Saturday and Sunday open houses.
I have great working relationships with many inspectors and subcontractors. I can help you decide what needs to be done to properly market your home, and set you up with the right people to inspect and complete the required work. I will help you price and market your home properly. I will do what is necessary to get your home sold and closed.
